Sum of the age of son and father is 40 years. After 16 years father's age will be twice the son's age . Find the present age of his son.

If "sum of the age of son and his father is 40 year", So Our Equation would be :( x + y = 40 ). Now, According to the Question's Statement! Now, Solving Both Equation i.e after solving those Equation we will be get value of x and y are 32 and 8 respectively.

Son age= Y + 16

ATQ

X + Y = 40

X+16 = 2 ( Y + 16)
