\LARGE\mathfrak{\pink{Solution:-}}

\large\mathbb{\orange{GIVEN:-}}

  • Sum of the ages of A and B is 52 years .
  • Age of B is 2 years more than 1.5 times of the age of A .

\large\mathbb{\purple{TO\: FIND:-}}

Their individual age .

\large\mathbb{\blue{ASSUMPTION:-}}

Let, the age of A be x .

\therefore the age of B is (1.5x + 2)

\large\mathbb{\red{ACCORDING \:TO\: THE\: QUESTION:-}}

1x + ( 1.5x + 2 ) = 52 \\  \\  \implies \: 2.5x + 2 = 52\\  \\  \implies \: 2.5x = 52 - 2\\  \\  \implies \: 2.5x = 50\\  \\  \implies \: x =  \frac{50}{2.5} \\  \\  \implies \: x =  \frac{50 \times 10}{2.5 \times 10} \:  (multiply \: both \: side \: with \: 10)\\  \\  \implies \: x =  \frac{500}{25} \\  \\  \implies \: x = 20

\large\mathbb{\purple{ANSWER:-}}

Age of A = x = 20 years .

Age of B = 1.5x + 2 = ( 20 × 1.5 ) + 2 = 30.0 + 2 = 32 years .

\large\mathbb{\pink{FOCUS\: ZONE:-}}

  • Multiple 10 with both sides because to remove the decimal .

ItsAritraKar7: This can help you:)
