Solution :-

Let aayush present age is x years .

So,

→ His son age = (50 - x) years .

A/q,

→ (x + 5) = 2(50 - x + 5)

→ x + 5 = 110 - 2x

→ x + 2x = 110 - 5

→ 3x = 105

→ x = 35 years .

therefore,

→ Present age of Aayush = 35 years .

→ Present age of His son = 15 years.

Note :-

Verification for second condition :- 5 years before, aayush was thrice as old as his son .

So,

→ 35 - 5 = 3(15 - 5)

→ 30 = 3 * 10

→ 30 = 30 (Satisfy) .
