4(a-b)=32

a-b=8

a=8+b

Substituting

64+16b+2b2=544

2b2+16b-480=0

÷2 b2+8b-240

-8+32/2, -8-32/2

12, -20

b=12

Substituting value of b

a=8+b

a=8+12

a=20

a=20 and b=12
