ANSWER:-

Given:

Sum of the digit of a 2 digit number is 9.

When the digit are reversed. It's found that the result number is greater than the original number by 27.

To find:

The number.

Solution:

Let the digit in ones place be R &

Let the digit in tens place be M.

⚫The original number is (10M+R)

Reversed number is (10R+ M).

According to the question:

=) R+ M=9

=) R= 9-M.........(1)

Number obtained by interchanging the digits is greater than the original number by 27.

=) (10R+ M)= (10M+ R)27

=) 10R + M- 10M - R= 27

=) 9R - 9M= 27

=) R - M= 3

So,

=) 9- M - M= 3

=) 9 -2M= 3

=) -2M= 3-9

=) -2M= -6

=) M= -6/-2

=) M= 3

Therefore,

Putting the value of M in equation (1), we get;

=) R= 9 -3

=) R= 6

⚫The original number is 10M+ R

=) 10(3) + 6

=) 30 + 6

=) 36

Thus,

The number is 36.

Hope it helps ☺️
