let the digits be x and y
given that
x+y = 6 ..........(1)
the number is 10x+y

given that
10x+y+18= 10y+x
=> 18 = 9y -9x
or x-y = -2 ............(2)

on adding equation (1) and (2) we will get
x+y =6
x-y = -2

=> 2x = 4
x=2

also x-y = -2
2-y=-2
y = 4

so the number is
10x+y
