We get

10x + 9 - x

so lets solve this

10x + 9 - x = 90 - 10x + x +45

9x + 9 = -9x+ 135

9x + 9x = 144

x = 144/18

= 8

So, One's Position = 8

and ten's Position = 9-8 = 1

So the number is 18
