Answer:

Let the number at tens place be x.

So number at ones place will be 9-x.

Original number = 10x - 9-x

                            = 9x - 9

New number = 10(9-x) + x

                      = 90 - 10x + x

                      = 90 - 9x

ATQ - 9x - 9 + 27 = 90 - 9x

                9x + 18 = 90 - 9x

               9x + 9x = 90 - 18

                      18x = 72

                          x = \frac{72}{18}

                          x = 4

Original number = 9 × 4 - 9 = 27
