let the two digit number be 10x + y

therefore

the sum of two digit is = x + y= 11

x=11-y

A.T.Q

(10x+y )-(10y+x)=9

9x-9y=9

x-y=1

11-y-y=1

y=6

therefore X= 5

therefore the answer is 56
