Let two digit number be 10x+y

x+y=15_________(1)

Number formed by reversing is 10y+x
10y+x=10x+y- 27
9x-9y=27
x- y=3_________(2)

From (1)&(2)
(1)+(2)
2x=18
x=9
therefore y=6

Thus, the new number is 69
