Step-by-step explanation:

let one number be x and

other number be 9 - x

A.T.Q

10(9 - x) + x = 10x + (9 - x) + 45

90 - 10x + x = 10x + 9 - x + 45

90 - 9x = 9x + 9 + 45

90 - 9x = 9x + 54

90 - 54 = 9x + 9x

36 = 18x

36/18 = x

2 = x

Therefore,

one digit = x = 2

other digit = 9 - x = 9 - 2 = 7

number = 27 or 72
