Answer:

let the two digits be x and y

sum of the two digits = x+y=9 (eq1)

the first number is 10(x)+1(y)

the second no is 10(y)+1(x)

10y+x-(10x+y)=27

9y-9x=27

9(y-x)=27

y-x=3

-x+y=3(eq2)

y=3+x

substituting value of y in (eq1)

x+3+x=9

2x=6

x=3

substituting value of x in eq1

3+y=9

y=6

hence the number is 36
