Present age of Savita = (31 - x) yrs

Three years ago

Age of Manish = (x - 3) yrs

Age of Savitha = (28 - x) yrs

Given:

x - 3 = 4(28 -x)

x - 3 = 112 - 4x

5x = 115

x = 23

Hence present age of Manish = 23 yrs

           present age of Savita = 8 yrs
