Answer:

Let the digital be X and y.

First number be X×10 + y

And X+y = 9__eq(i)

According to question:-

y×10 +X - (X×10 + y) = 27

10y + X - 10X - y = 27

9y -9X = 27

9(y-X) = 27

y-X = 27/9

y-X=3 __eq(ii)

Solving eq(i) and(ii) , we get

X+y+(y-X) =9+3

X+y+y-X=12

2y=12

y=6, X=3

First two digit

X × 10 +y

3×10+6=36 Ans
