Let the Two digits be x and y and the number be 10x+y

After interchanging the digits new number is

10y+x

It is given 10y+x=10x+y+27

9y-9x=27

y-x=3

It is given y+x=9

Adding these two equations we get

2y=12

y=6

Put this value of y in any of the above two equations

you will get x=3

So the number is 10×3+6=36
