Answer:

Let the first consecutive natural no. be x

then, second consecutive natural no. = x + 1

and third consecutive natural no = x + 2

according to your question,

x + x + 1 + x + 2 = 30

or, 3x + 3 = 30

or, 3x = 30 - 3

or, 3x = 27

or, x = 27/3

x = 9

Hence the first consecutive natural no. = x = 9

Therefore, 2nd consecutive natural no. = x + 1

= 9 + 1 = 10

and the 3rd consecutive natural no. = x + 2

= 9 + 2 = 11.

Answer:

let the first no. = x

2nd no. = x+1

3rd no. = x+2

sum of three consecutive numbers = 30

(x)+(x+1)+(x+2) = 30

x+x+1+x+2 = 30

3x + 3 = 30

3x = 30 - 3

3x = 27

x = 27/3

x = 9

1st no. = 9

2nd no. = 10

3rd no. = 11
