Given : The sum of three consecutive odd number is 147.

To Find : What are the numbers?

ㅤㅤ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

❍ Let us assume, that the consecutive odd numbers are 'x', 'x + 2' and 'x + 4' respectively.

\dag According to the question,

  • The sum of 'x', 'x + 2' and 'x + 4' is 147.

\tt{ \therefore \: x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 147}

\sf{ \Rightarrow \: 3x + 6 = 147}

\sf{ \Rightarrow \: 3x = 147 - 6}

\sf{ \Rightarrow \: x = \cancel\dfrac{141}{3} }

\sf{ \Rightarrow \: x = 47}

Therefore, the numbers are :

\red{\bf{x = 47}}

\purple{\bf{x + 2 = 49}}

\pink{\bf{x + 4 = 51}}
