:let's third side be x
=> (2a²+3a+2)+(3a²-4a-1)+x
=> 8+13a+7a²
=> (5a²-a+1)+x=8+13a+7a²
=> x=8+13a+7a²-(5a²-a+1)
=> x=8+13a+7a²-5a²+a-1
=> x=2a²+14a+7
Hence, third side be 2a²+14a+7
