the integers are 10 and 20.

if we take one integer as x then the other integer will be 2x

so, x+2x=30

x=30/3

x=10

therefore the numbers are 10 and 20.

Answer :-

  • The integers are 10 & 20.

Step by step explanation:

To find :-

  • Integers.

Solution:

Given that,

  • Sum of two integers = 30
  • One is twice the other.

Let the first integer be x

& Second integer be 2x

Therefore,

 \longrightarrow  \bf 2x + x = 30

\longrightarrow  \bf3x = 30

 \longrightarrow  \bf x =  \cancel{ \dfrac{30}{3} }

\longrightarrow  \bf x = 10

Hence, The integers are :-

  • x = 10
  • 2x = 20
