suppose a and b are the two nos..
a+ b = 8
1/a+1/b = 8/15
taking lcm we get
b+a / ab = 8/ 15
now we get the value of ab = 15
a= 15/ b , put this value in first equation
b + 15 /b =8
b^2 - 8b + 15=0
solve this equation we found two values of b is 5 and 3 and same condition arises for a and values also 5 and 3 it means ....value of 5 or 3 and b is also 5 or 3.....if we take a is 5 then b is 3 and if a is 3 then b is 5.
