Lets consider the unknown no. as x

so,

-3/15 = -1/5

therefore,

\frac{-1}{5} + x = \frac{-11}{5}

x = \frac{-11}{5} - \frac{-1}{5}

x = \frac{-10}{5}

x = -2

therefore the other no. is -2.
