Let the two numbers be 'x' and 'y'

y = x + 15 [ Given in the question ]

Hence the two numbers are x and x + 15

So x + y = 95

=> x + x + 15 = 95

=> 2x + 15 = 95

=> 2x = 95 - 15

=> 2x = 80

=> x = 80 / 2 = 40

Hence y = x + 15 = 40 + 15 = 55

Hence two numbers are : 40, 55.

Hope it helped !

let the no. be x

x + x + 15 =95

2x = 95 - 15

2x = 80

x = 80/2

x = 40

therefore first no. is 40

and second no. is 40+15 that is 55

therefore first no. is
