Answer:

Solution :

First number be X

Second number be X + 1

If first number exceeds = X + 15

second number exceeds =( X+1 ) +15

Total sum be 95

Now equation be X+15 +X+16 =95

so 2X + 31 =95

2X = 95 - 31

2X = 64

X = 64 / 2

so X = 32

Now first number is X + 15 = 32 + 15 = 47

second number is X + 16 = 32 + 16 = 48

47 , 48 are the two numbers

Solution

⟹ Sum of two no. = 95

⟹ Let 1st no. be = x

⟹ And another no. be = x + 15

According to the Question

⟹ Sum of no. = 95

⟹ x + ( x + 15 ) = 95

⟹ 2x + 15 = 95

⟹ 2x = 95 - 15

⟹ 2x = 80

⟹ x = 80/2 = 40

Ans 1st no. x = 40,2nd no. = x + 15

= 40 + 15

= 55.
