Given :-

1st no : 2nd no = 2 : 3

Let one number be 2x

2nd no = 3x

Their sum = 105

Sum means addition

1st number + 2nd number = 105

2x + 3x = 105

5x = 105

x = 21

So, the numbers are -

2x = 2 × 21

= 42

3x = 3 × 21

= 63
