x+ -2/3 = 11
x =11*3/2=33/2

Let the another no.. is x
So According to question
X + -2/3 = 11
So,
x - 2/3 =11
x = 11 + 2 /3
x = 33 + 2 / 3
x = 35 / 3
Hence , another rational number will be 35 / 3
