let \: the \: second \: number \: be \: x \\  \\  =  >  \frac{2}{3}  + x =  \frac{29}{21}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{29}{21}  -  \frac{2}{3}  \\  \\  =  > x =  \frac{29 - 14}{21}  =  \frac{15}{21}
