sum of roots is given by -b/a
b=-8
a=2
-b/a=8/2=4

Heya,

According to the relation between coefficients and zeroes,

Sum of the zeroes is given by the formula -b/a where b is the coefficient of x and a is coefficient of x².

∴ Sum of the zeroes = -(-8)/2

= 8/2

= 4

Hope it helps u..........

dikshashetty862: love you you solved my big problem
