alpha+beta=2alpha*beta(according to the question)
we know that,
alpha + beta=-b/a
=-2/k
and,
alpha*beta=c/a
=3k/k
=3
now, according to the question,,
-2/k=2(3)
-2/k=6
-2=6k
k=-2/6
k=-1/3
