Answer:

19/180

Step-by-step explanation:

Given:-

Property given to the eldest son = 1/5

Property given to second son = 1/6

Total part given to both

⇒ 1/5 + 1/6

⇒ 11/30

Remaining part

⇒ 1 - (11/30)

⇒19/30

Part given to daughter

⇒ (5/6) of (19/30)

⇒  (19/30) - (19/36)

⇒ (114 - 95)/180

19/180

Hence,  19/180 part  was left over .

{\sf{\underline{\overline{Question:-}}}}

Suman left 1/5 of her property for her eldest son, 1/6 of her property for her second son and 5/6 of the remaining to her daughter, how much was left over?

{\sf{\underline{\overline{Given:-}}}}

First of all we will assume the total property of Suman is 1.

Now the property left by Suman for his eldest son is 1/5.

Again,the property left by Suman for his second son is 1/6.

So the total property left for both of his son is=1/5+1/6 i.e =11/30

Remaining property left after his son is =1–(11/30) i.e equals to 19/30

Now according to questions 5/6 of remaining property (19/30) is left for his daughter

{\sf{\underbrace{\overbrace{Solution:-}}}}

So daughter's property=(5/6)*(19/30)=19/36

Here,property left will be=

\implies{(1-(11/30+19/36))}

\implies{=1–966/1080}

Ans.=57/540

\implies\fbox{57/540}
