The angles are Complementary angles, that means these angles sum up and make 90°.

Consider -

One Angle as x

Second angle as 3(90 - x) - 14

x + 3(90 - x) - 14 = 90

x + 270 - 3x - 14 = 90

-2x + 270 - 14 = 90

-2x + 256 = 90

-2x = 90 - 256

-2x = -166

x = -166/-2

x = 83

One angle = 83°
