GIVEN :

No. of rows created by Sumit = 4 rows

No. of columns created by him = 5 rows

as, he want to make one more row.

then,

no. of rows of rows + 1

= 4+1 = 5

Therefore, he will create. 5 rows and 5 columns in same table. for performing his task.
