Speed of the train in m/s = \frac{54\time1000}{3600}=15\:m/s

let x be the length of the platform.

When train passes the platform it cover the distance of its length and platform both.

So, Total distance covered by train = 200 + x

Now, Using Speed Distance Time Formula

Speed=\frac{Distance}{Time}

15=\frac{200+x}{50}

200 + x = 750

x = 750 - 200

x = 550

Therefore, Length of the train is 550 m.
