"The Diary of the Young Girl" is written by Anne Frank who describes her lifestyle when they had a lockdown in Germany as they were Jews.
The story contains the prime characters, Otto Frank, Edith Frank, Margot Frank and herself who are her Father, Mother and Sister respectively. They had a normal lifestyle until the second world war started. Hitler created many rules against Jews like not to roam in streets before 6am and after 8 pm etc.
In 1942, due to Hitler's rude and agressive behaviour towards Jews, their family decide to hide at Otto's office. They had a secret room at the upper floor. Later, Mr.Van Daan, Mrs.Van Daan and their son Peter joined with the Franks in the lockdown. Later, Alfred Dussel, a dentist too joined with them.
Anne mentioned in her diary that she is considered uncultured, double faced by Van Daans, the dentist and even her mother. She had a bitter relationship with her mother. She actually got the diary from her father on her 12th birthday when they had a normal life. She usually never shares her matters to anyone except her diary.
Slowly, she started developing feeling for Peter. They are amicable and friendly. She is very open about forbidden knowledge and she has the interest to know about it.
In August 1944, they was tracked by the Germans and they are executed in Concentration Camps.
