Summarize the text The Hydrophobic skunk list 5 to 7 key events in the story in the order in which they happen. Summary should include main points from begging, middle, and end

Explanation:

  • In The  Hydrophobic  Skunk by Irvin S Cobb, the author talks about a  Hydrophobic  Skunk  which resides  at  the  extreme  bottom  of  the Grand  Canyon  and is the rarest of living creatures.
  • He's so uncommon that none of them have ever seen him, nobody but a native. The author met a great number of tourists who saw people who saw him, but never a tourist who saw the skun with his eyes. The skunk highly talented, as well as being rare.
  • The author states that they heard hydrophobic skunk for the first time the down Hermit trail. The informal visitor first takes the rim drive; then he writes Bright Ângel Trail, which is sufficiently frightening to him, until he gets used to it and then he becomes more adventurous and departs from Hermit Trail, which is a magnificent corkscrew twist, gimping through this red abdominal wound of a canyon into the world's epic gizzard.
  • Johnny, a cow-puncher and one the  the   Canyon   guides. He accompanied the author and his friends who wanted to see the hydrophobic skunk and went  on trotting like a mule,  hearing  the  unwritten annals of the range from one who had seen them enacted at first hand.
  • Johnny  with the author stayed in tents waiting to see the skunk.  Bill was in charge of the camp, where the author, his friend and Johhny stayed. while staying in the tent Johnny and Bill narrated stories about the skunk. One was they said that the author would  know  the skunk the  minute  he sees saw  him,  though,"  said  Bill the hydrophobic skunk was smaller  than  a  regular  skunk  and  spotted  where  the other  kind  is  striped, and have little  red  eyes.
  • Middle of night while the author and his friend was sleeping they heard some noise and the  door  was  wide  open and down   on   the   floor  there   was   a  scufflung, dragging , and from almost beneath the pair of small red eyes peered up phosphorescently.
  • Finally the author realised that he never  was  so  disappointed  in  his  life  because  it  wasn't  a Hydrophobic Skunk all the while. What he thought ws a hydrophobic skunk, was a pack rat, sometimes called a trade  rat,  paying them a  visit.  The  pack  rat  was also  a denizen  of  the  Grand  Canyon.  He  is  about  four  times  as  big  as an ordinary rat and has an appetite to correspond
  • Towards the end, at  breakfast the next morning,  Bill and Johnny  were  doing  a  lot  of laughing between them over something or other. it looked as though they were enjoying having fooled the author and his friend about the hydrophobic skunk
