This is famous quote written by "A.P.J Abdul Kalam"  He wrote it in his autobiography named as "Wings of fire".
He said that the God Almighty is the supreme creator and He gives us everything from potential to strength as well as  ability. in our self , in our personality.  Now it is up to us how we make use of these abilities and how to polish them . For all of these things we must Surrender before the God  Almighty  with help of prayers so that we can use power given by Him effectively.
