summary of be prepared by ruskin bond
Answers
Answer:
I happened to read 'the best of Ruskin Bond' and in it there is a short narrative in which Ruskin bond has a meaningful conversation with a crow over a bottle of beer and sandwich. At that point in time Ruskin bond is a bit disturbed for not having been yet become a successful author. The crow advises him to learn from his brethren who focus on fixing their next grub rather than waiting for an elaborate feast i.e. make do with what is available rather than waiting for the perfect moment.
But the above approach if pursued singly would lead to complacency. The solution for this as per the crow is being prepared i.e. being ready when the opportunity knocks. Be on the look out for better avenues, be capable to avail those opportunities and till then keep on chipping away at the wall as seen in Shawshank redemption.
