Answer:

'Dukh ka adhikar' is a simple chapter based on the difference in expressing sadness between rich and poor..

Explanation:

in the story line the narrator sees an old woman sitting near a shop and selling melons. He noticed that the woman was crying badly. He wanted to know but his dress became an impediment to ask the lady the reason of her sadness.

he later to came to know from the shopkeeper that the lady's son died. Many people who were standing there were cursing the woman because just one day after her son's death she came to sell melons just focusing on her greediness for money. But the truth was ,her daughter in law and her grandchildren were sick and hungry. She did not have any other option but go and sell the melons to get money for the treatment. At this moment the poet remembers his neighbor who had witnessed the same situation but as she was rich she had many people around her to spend time with her and take her out of that sad situation. At the end the poet tells the difference in expressing sadness between the rich and poor.
