indias heroes is a beautiful story about the hidden heroes, who go neglected, whose lives dont matter because no one has ever spoken about them. when ms reeeta burah had assigned the project she was never expecting this overwhelming response from her students because todays generation is considered to be the computer generation but seeing the kids filled with enthusiasm and excitemnt she was pleased. all that was left to do now was to start the assignment and as the students started expressing their views on the people whom they want to be like when they grow up kabir noticed that all of whatever they were saying was monotenous and common. but kabirs speech was different. it wasnt mundane like the others. he spoke about the 26/11 attacks and grieved about the hidden heroes who fought for us, who arent recognized as much as they deserve to because they arent as popular nor are we as citizens of the country grateful to them. its time we recognise them for who they are.
