Explanation:

A letter to God is written by G.L Fuentes. It shows that there is a farmer named Lencho who has a house in a valley and a field of corn. He is a hard working farmer who works for feeding his family. One day his farm gets hit by a hailstorm which destroys all his crop. He has only one hope which is the help from God. He writes a letter to God to sent him 100 pesos so that he can start farming again. The manager of the post office takes the letter and reads it. He by hook and crook gathers 70 pesos and hands it in. Lencho red with anger again writes a letter and stating that God should not send money by post as the office employees are a bunch of crooks.

This story"A letter to God"is a story of extreme faith in god.The writer os this story G.L.Fuentes had tried to depict yhe faith in god of a simple poor farmer.Lencho was the poor farmer and Lencho was an honest and hardworking farmer.Once there was a hailstorm in his valley and it destroyed his crop completely. Lencho had grate faith to God.Hence he qrote a letter to god and asked to god to send hum money. The postmaster saw the letter. He decided yo help Lencho. He collected some money .He put in inside yhe envelope.after few days Lencho came to the post office to check his mail. The post office people gave him the envelope. He took out the money and counted it.He found that it was less than he had asked for. After that he wrote another letter to god.He asked God to send him rest of the money .But this time Lencho wanted God not to send the money through the mail.He considered them a bunch of crooks who had stolen thirty pesos from the hundree pesos sent by God.
