The poem beautifully captures the movement of much familiar objects around us ,which is an electric and makes a lot of noise . The poet says that he couldn't understand what the fan was trying to say . One day an electrician came and put oil in the noisy motor of the fan . After that the movement of fan became smooth and silent. Thus ,the mystery of the talking fan was solved . The poet here compares the human chatter
