Power sharing means sharing of power equally among the group of society without the discrimination of caste,creed,majority and minority.
As there is the case of Belgium where the minority(french) community have much power than the majority community of Dutch which creates some disputes then after Belgium ammended the constitution and gave equal power to all.
Then there is the case of Srilanka where there is majority rule Sinhala community have majority due to which this community handles the government without thinking about the minority which creayes disputes and raised into civil war. .......the power sharing is desirable as it reduce the conflicts and it is a part of democracy as well.
