The poem entitled Indian summer illustrates the fact that Mahapatras

  1. Vision is basically tragic and his pessimision and sobre outlook may be accounted for his keen sense of suffering Indian masses his dominant concern is the vision of lose ,dejection , rejection and grief
  2. Here poem offrs few pictures which are by no means interconnected all though they are all supposed to be pictures of the phenomenon which are supposed to be of same country .
