Taro was a young woodcutter in Japan who lived thousands of year ago.   He wanted to keep his parents warm during winter but could not afford it due to his poverty.   He went towards the distant waterfall and filled his pitcher with sake to keep his parents warm.   This story reached the emperor who rewarded Taro for his love towards his parents.
