In the first part of the story the potter mistook the tiger to the donkey and tied to the tree. The news spread around like fire in nearby villages, they all cam to see the brave potter and praised him. When he denied this adventure they even praised him more for his modesty.
In the second part, he never rode a horse, but he was made general of the army and he has to lead the army. so he asked his wife to tie him to the horse, before she could do this, the horse started galloping. He catched the tree to stop it, but he uprooted the tree and went to the army's enemy camp. They all feared him and withdrawn the war. The king honored him in the court with his other subjects of the kingdom.
