• During his stay there he was informed that a famous painter was going to be visiting. Upon seeing the painting, the boy just saw him as an ordinary man and didn’t recognize him and his cousin Amandine told him that it was the painter.
• He had accidentally thrown the sketch left behind by the painter in the fire and wanted to set things right even though his uncle hadn’t scolded him since he didn’t know the painter would leave behind a sketch. His cousin also apologized to him for being harsh.
• The next day Yannick visited Monsieur Cezanne and he drew him 4 sailboats then to his surprise he saw that the painter had signed it as Picasso.
