In these long periods of 'continually on' - when we are unendingly pouring over our virtual entertainment, when our telephones are continually pinging with the most recent message and our email never appears to go quiet - finding genuine inspiration can be troublesome. Occasionally, I'd like channel out the commotion and offer with you those scraps of motivation that I have seen as especially supportive. This sonnet by Erin Hanson is the first.
