He questions are belief that things shall remain same over time.
He does this through posing question of wonder.
He asks why people assume that the world shall remain same forever and yet things come to change with time.
He shows as change through showing us the way people go to war and change everything .
He shows how things changes and are not constant by for instance pointing out that sometimes it rains more than normal.
The poet finishes by that we do not know what are destiny shall be and are ignorant of it.
