This poem talks about the everyday objects which might look very beautiful to the tiniest creatures of the world just like a fly, it actually emphasizes on the beauty of the things around us let it be a man made thing or natural things, the poet also talks about the size of the things that the size of an object is just a perception because a fly can see really big objects but they are beautiful to the fly as it is.
Talking about the perception the poet talks about a flower that how the flower is considered a beautiful thing to us but when the bee sees its from above the thorns on the flower would actually look like a weapon to her. So its all about the perception and we can change how we feel about certain things by thinking positively towards them.
The poet talks about a drop of dew how that looks like a mirror to a bee and shining hair like a strand of wire and a tiny mustard seed looks like a chunk of a burning coal, how these ordinary and everyday things look so insignificant to us but in actual they are so beautiful, its all about how we look at them.
The tone of the poet is so amazing in the poem that it makes the reader look at the world in a completely different view, and takes the reader into the land of fantasy.
