Boss Babu, the main protagonist of the poem suddenly feels sick and starts crying for help while he is enjoying afternoon sleep.
He claims that his moustache has been stolen but his employees claim that the moustache is right in its place. They bring a mirror to prove it.
On seeing the mirror Boss Babu shouts at them and threatens to reduce their salaries and throw them out of their jobs.

The gentle Boss Babu of an office suddenly becomes crazy as he claims that someone has stolen his moustache.
Everyone tries to pacify him telling that his moustache is safe and secure on his face.
But he refuses to accept his own moustache and fines his employees in anger.
According to him, a moustache is the symbol of dignity and uniqueness.
