the story is trying to tell us about the seasons that the winter passed and spring has arrive so in the farms the scarecrow helps to blow away the crows. ... the scarecrow lifts its dull eyes and searches the vast sky for crows; the crows which are the black colored enemies of his strange master.

The poet had personified the scarecrow as a living being in this poem and had shown how he had to suffer the whole winter and at the arrival of spring how the world blooms and at the arrival of Summer the crops harvest and the scarecrow is happy about this...
